Why buy from us?

The delivery of products sold in our store is extremely fast, as we have 99% of the products in stock on-site. If you place an order on a business day before 3 PM in the afternoon, we dispatch the package the same day.

Changed your mind about the purchase? No problem! Send the product back to us within 14 days, and we will refund your money. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All our products come with at least a one-year factory warranty and a two-year right to make claims under European Union law. Most of the warranty repairs are carried out quickly and reliably in Estonia by professionals in the field.

All consumables (mops, HEPA filters, brushes, etc.) are available on-site with us. Anything your device might need for maintenance can be quickly ordered from us. Didn’t find the right accessory? Write to us at info@robotec.pro, and we will source it for you.

Most spare parts are in stock with us. Availability may depend on the manufacturer.

We are a real and trustworthy EU company established in Estonia and owned by Estonians. We are not a huge super e-store run by Chinese companies where you can`t expect any level on after-sales support. We will provide you with help, wherever you are situated and take care of you after the sale.
