Gold Maintenance Package for Robot Mowers

As the name suggests, the Gold package involves us taking care of everything. We will come to your robot lawnmower, provide the necessary maintenance, keep the batteries charged throughout the winter, and in the spring, we’ll reinstall the machine on your property.
If you wish to purchase the gold package, please add it to your shopping cart, complete the purchase, and when it’s time to pick up your robot, we will contact you directly. During the checkout process, be sure to specify the exact address from which we can collect the robot.
Please note that we do not provide this service on islands. Robot lawnmowers on islands must reach us independently. Service is only provided for the customers in Estonia.

Description
The Gold Maintenance Package includes:
- Robot lawnmower cleaning
- Blade sharpening or assessment for replacement
- Proper winter charging of the device
- Inspection of moving parts and bearings
- Software updates
- Testing and, if necessary, adjustment of the robot lawnmower’s sensors with the corresponding software
- Assessment of repair needs
- Proper winter storage of the robot lawnmower
- Device transportation both in the autumn and spring
- Device disconnection and reconnection both in the autumn and spring
- Repair of cable breaks (up to 30 minutes) if they occur.
The cost of replacement parts or the cost of labor for repairs is not included in the maintenance package price. The storing of the charging station and the charger is the clients responsibility.
